This Privacy Policy explains how RotaDays handles information when you use the RotaDays mobile app.

RotaDays is designed to be a simple rota and shift calendar app with no account requirement, no ads, and no unnecessary tracking.

1. Information We Collect

RotaDays does not require you to create an account.

The app may store rotations you create, start dates, work day and day off patterns, travel days, shift types, locations you manually enter, notes you add, personal events, calendar settings, app preferences, and purchase unlock status locally on your device.

2. Information Stored Locally

Your schedule data is stored locally on your device. RotaDays does not operate its own backend server for storing your rota, notes, events, or calendar data.

If you delete the app, your locally stored data may be deleted from your device.

3. Purchases

RotaDays may offer a one-time Full Access purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or Apple ID password.

RotaDays may use RevenueCat to manage purchase status, restore purchases, and check whether Full Access is unlocked. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as App Store transaction identifiers, product ID, purchase status, entitlement status, and device or app instance identifiers needed to manage purchases.

4. No Account

RotaDays does not require a user account. We do not ask for your name, email address, password, or profile information inside the app unless you contact support separately.

5. No Advertising

RotaDays does not show third-party ads and does not sell your personal information.

6. No Analytics in V1

RotaDays is planned to launch without third-party analytics. If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when that change happens.

7. Calendar Export and Sharing

RotaDays may allow you to export or share your schedule as text, image, PDF, or calendar file. When you use sharing or export features, you choose what information to share and where to send it.

8. Apple Calendar / ICS Export

If you export your schedule to Apple Calendar or create an ICS file, the exported information may include dates, rota names, shift labels, travel days, locations, or notes depending on what you choose to export. That exported data is then handled by the calendar app or service you use.

9. Support Emails

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request.

10. Children's Privacy

RotaDays is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Data Security

RotaDays is designed to keep your rota data on your device. However, no app, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Deletion

Because RotaDays stores schedule data locally, you can delete your app data by deleting the app from your device.

13. Third-Party Services

RotaDays may rely on Apple App Store for purchases and app distribution, and RevenueCat for purchase management and entitlement verification.

14. International Users

If you use RotaDays outside your country of residence, your purchase-related information may be processed by Apple, RevenueCat, or their service providers in other countries.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
